About the piece
The white tooth is set into a piece of natural honey amber, then bound with a hand-braided black cord and a single amber bead. The amber is uncarved on the back, keeping the rough character of the stone.
The story
Tooth pendants have a long tradition in Eastern wear. They were worn as tokens of courage. Today most people who wear them are not warriors. They wear them because the piece is small, made by hand, and looks like nothing else they own.
