Processing time
We pack and ship within 3 business days. Each piece is checked, the story card printed, and the package sealed before it leaves us.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Check status any time at the carrier’s site or 17track.net.
Customs
For most countries, items under $200 USD don’t trigger customs duties. If duties apply in your country, you’re responsible for them. We mark packages honestly.
Lost or delayed
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us. We’ll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
