14-day return window
If a piece doesn’t suit you, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered.

- Unworn and in original condition (no wear marks, no broken cord)
- Original packaging and story card included
- You pay return shipping unless the item was defective or not as described
One-of-a-kind pieces
Items marked “one-of-a-kind” (rough stone, hand-carved pieces, certain pendants) are returnable but require photos showing the piece is unworn. We’ll confirm before you ship.
Damaged or wrong item
Take photos within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@xuanora.com. We’ll send a replacement or full refund (your choice) and pay the return shipping.
How to start a return
- Email hello@xuanora.com with your order number and reason
- We’ll send return instructions within 24 hours
- Once we receive the item, refund posts to PayPal within 3 business days
